An Easy Way to Share Jesus' Love
The
'You
Can Know God'
&
'Jesus
Invites You'
pamphlets make it
easy for anyone to share the Good News of Jesus with their
family, friends,
neighbors, acquaintances, co-workers, and even strangers.
When you're
handing someone one of these pamphlets; simply smile and with a friendly
tone of voice, say, "You know there's so
much bad news in the world today, I just wanted to share some GOOD NEWS with
you today." After they've received the
pamphlet, you could say, "Has anyone
ever told you that Jesus Loves You, and He has a Wonderful Plan for your
life?" (Wait a moment for their response; then continue.)
"That little pamphlet will tell you more
about Jesus and His Love for you. Please read it; because Jesus truly Loves
and Cares about you. Jesus said, "I have come so they may have life, and
have it even more abundantly." John
10:10 Jesus adds true meaning to our lives, He gives us true peace, true
love, and true joy!”
(If you want to share more with people; see the section after the pamphlets below, for some ideas on Good Things you could share in your conversation with them after you hand them the pamphlet. But even if you just hand out Gospel Pamphlets, this is a very good way to begin sharing Jesus with others; because the warmth of your smile and the your friendly tone of voice will communicate God’s Love to them, and the Pamphlet will share the Good News of Jesus with them. )

For example, you could say, "I
have an interesting question for you: If
you could ask God ANYTHING, what's the one thing
you'd ask Him about?"
(They may open up, and share their heart with you? or they may share
a road-block they have in their mind that is keeping them from God?
or they may share a need they have in their life? But whatever it
is: if they they share that with you,
that's a Great! Because Jesus ALWAYS met people at the point of
their Need and Answered the questions they had: and NOW Jesus LIVES in you! (So
when you're talking with someone,
also be talking to Jesus silently in your thoughts, and He will give
you the right words to say. This is the most powerful kind of
witnessing THERE IS!
Because, you're not trying to figure out what to say, you're just
sharing the thoughts He brings to your mind. Some of the greatest
and deepest
revelations and insights that I have ever received, came to me when I was
sharing with someone in this way; and I received revelations on
things I had never even thought
about! (The Lord would just start bringing Scriptures to my mind, and
tie them together with other Scriptures in my mind; and TEACH ME THINGS I
DIDN'T KNOW! But the person I was sharing with
didn't know this was happening; because I was just sharing these
things like something
I knew, because
NOW I did!)
This is
Spirit Lead Witnessing,
and it's Powerful!
because the
Spirit is Guiding you in the conversation, and you don't even know where
you are going next in the conversation? because the Holy Spirit is
giving you New Thoughts, as you're still speaking the last thing He
revealed to you. It's a truly Amazing Experience! As Jesus told Nicodemus,
"The wind
blows wherever it wishes, and you hear its sound, but you don't know where
it came from, nor where it's going. It's that way with everyone who is born of the Spirit.”
(John 3:8) And
that's why God tells us,
"Be
bold as a Lion!"
(Proverbs 28:1) and
"Open your mouth wide, and I will fill it."
(Psalm 81:10) |
